Questions

When do I get access?

Straight away. Checkout takes you to your course, and the receipt email has the same link.

Can I get a refund after it opens?

Yes, within 14 days of buying if you have tried it and it is not right for you. Conditions apply: see the refund terms.

How long do I keep access?

For as long as we offer the course, and at least 3 years. Updates are included, so if NICET moves this exam to a newer code edition while you have access, your course moves with it.

What is the difference between the practice pack and the course?

The practice pack is questions and timed practice exams. The course adds a lesson for every task in NICET's content outline, worked calculations, code-navigation drills and a study plan built from your diagnostic. If any domain scored under about 60%, take the course.

Are the questions copied from the exam?

No. Every question is original and written to NICET's published content outline. Exam content is confidential and we never use it. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by NICET.

Do I need my own copy of NFPA 72?

Yes, the same as on exam day. We cite sections by number so you learn to find them fast, and we never reproduce the code's text. NFPA offers free read-only access online.

Can my employer pay?

Yes. Tick “My employer is paying” to get an invoice, or download a reimbursement request to send your manager.

Can you promise I will pass?

No, and nobody honest can. What we promise is the content listed above.

Employer paying?

Many employers fund NICET FA II prep. Generate a reimbursement request PDF to send to your manager.
